Dear Parishioners,

The funds collected for the Annual Catholic Appeal (ACA) go toward making Catholic School education affordable and accessible, diocesan evangelization and catechesis, Catholic Charities, clergy formation programs, and continuing education and pastoral care for active and retired priests and deacons.

The Diocese of San Diego has assessed that Santa Sophia should contribute $52,107 to the ACA for 2025. Any surplus will be used to support the mission of Santa Sophia parish for the salvation of souls and the glory of God.

Registered parishioners will receive contribution materials in the mail. We will also have the contribution materials available in the church and office.
