Preschool through Confirmation

Online registration for 2024-2025 faith formation will open July 1, 2024

When:
You can register and pay online (see below) or in person. All in person registrations and payments must be submitted at the Catechetical Ministry Office located at the east end of our campus, next the church building as you drive on campus. Registration form(s) can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.

Catechetical Ministry Office (CMO) Summer Hours (June to August)

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM

• Closed on Saturday

• Sunday: by appointment, please call or email.

2024-2025 Letter to Parents

What to Bring:
Please bring the payment for registration fees and your child’s baptism certificate. These are required to complete your registration. Ask us about our payment plans!

Special Note:
Families who are not registered at Santa Sophia must provide a letter from their parish priest giving permission to attend Santa Sophia faith formation classes.

Prerequisites for Confirmation Preparation:

• Confirmation Preparation is a two year process.
• You may begin in 9th Grade.
• Completion of Religious Ed Level 8, or, graduation from a Catholic Elementary school is a prerequisite for Confirmation Level I.
• Level I candidates need to have all of their paperwork submitted in order to register for Level II.

Preschool Faith Formation

• $15.00 – Per Child
• $10.00 If registering with older sibling

Online Preschool Registration 

Kindergarten through High School Faith Formation Rates

• $150.00 –   1 child
• $175.00 – 2 children
• $250.00 – 3 children
• $350.00 – 4+ children

Additional fees for sacramental preparation textbooks and materials:

• First Penance/Reconciliation – $50.00
• First Eucharist – $50.00
• Level I Confirmation – $150.00, workbook kit and Bible
• Level II Confirmation – $200.00, textbook and Confirmation Retreat, which is Feb 28 through March 1, 2025.
